Trapped Emotions

Believe it or not everyone has trapped emotions.  Most are rooted deep from a childhood trauma or spousal abuse (verbal or physical) and also from loss of loved ones, a lifestyle they grew accustomed to and even from guilt of making a decision that resulted in tremendous consequences.

These emotions can get lodged in certain parts of the body and create small chaos that over time if not released, creates chemical imbalances, cellular mutation, impede communication between the brain and area effected resulting in illness/disease.

Stress is one of the top reasons emotions get trapped.  The root from fear, anger, resentment and a long list of other feelings that keep the brain pumping chemicals for sake of survival and exhaust our affect our immune functions.  By releasing trapped negative emotions, we can release the baggage that drag us down through life.  We feel lighter, more open to appreciating and express our true nature and willingness to express compassion for others.

If you need help releasing what is interrupting your well being, talk to us and find out how we can help.
