RESERVATION POLICIES:

Appointments are made in confidence, with respect to the practitioner time dedicated to the agreed upon appointment time.  A no show from the practitioner will result in an immediate refund to the client and or a re-schedule for the client at a reduced price at the discretion of Celestial Warmth Wellness services.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Pre-payment of services are made 3 days before the appointment.  Cancellation of any appointment must be done 36 hours before the appointment time by the client.  If cancelled after the 36 hour threshold, a refund of 75% will be issued to the client.  The client may request re-scheduling without "no show charges" if an valid emergency is presented.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in time is 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to provide fill in a survey detailing the clients wellness challenges and/or recap of previous services to better provide progressive treatment to achieve optimal well being.

FACILITIES:

Celestial Warmth services are provided in the home of the client to maintain a safe and familiar surrounding for the client.  Space can be provided for the client away from home, so long as the practitioner can provide and insure a safe and comfortable space for the client with the help of private partners with Celestial Warmth Wellness Services.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Celestial Warmth Wellness services are not to be confused with Medical treatments.  If you have a medical emergency, please immediate go to the emergency ward in the hospital or consult your family doctor to assess your condition.  So that you get the immediate care you require.  Our services are to support emotional, psychological and physical well being.  We do not provide emergency services.
